Likewise in student services, these services are to be made international. student service personnel should create a multi-cultural climate. Student from other cultures should feel comfortable and involved. It can be done by integrating cross cultural programs. This is very practical at Andrews University.

So its the duty to reach the students more effectively than before. Student affairs Practitioners should adjust their service according to the prospective student population. Appropriate prediction of student enrollment interms of race, gender, culture, age and other demographical factors is to be taken into serious considerations.
